We believe that part of our mission to the wider community can be fulfilled by providing our facilities in support of other organizations and programs in our community. We have the gift of wonderful facilities, and we are called to share our gifts with the community. To that end, we prioritize organizations and programs that also serve the community. 

All activities on our property (both church or member-sponsored and community sponsored) must be consistent with the mission and vision of Our Saviour's. And they must be compatible with the purposes for which our facilities were constructed. We want to be good stewards of our property and the facilities, so that they are available for many years to come.

The Hall Committee has been entrusted with the oversight and the scheduling of events in our facilities. Please contact the Hall Committee with any questions or concerns or to find out more!

Please note that ministries of OSLC take priority for property use. Additionally, because funerals are unplanned funerals are given priority and scheduled events may need to be cancelled to accommodate a funeral. 

Making a Request

To request to use our facilities, please:

  • Check our Calendar to see our availability 

If the request is approved by the Hall Committee (and if applicable by Council)

  • Return any other required documentation (such as proof of insurance) to the Hall Committee

  • Mail or deliver fees to Our Saviour's Administrative Assistant

Cleaning Fee - $100 per building
 

**This fee structure does not apply to non-profit (501c3) organizations or to OSLC members. Non-profit organizations and members are not required to pay usage fees. Fees may be requested for cleaning or deposits (key/ damage). Donations when fees are not required are more than welcome! They help us keep our facilities available for use. Contact OSLC's Hall Committee with questions.

Fees, as applicable, for longer term and continuous use of the facilities will be determined by the Hall Committee once an application is submitted.
